SmokeyDog.com is a website that is dedicated to pushing the limits of T-Shirt humor and style.
Why buy from us?
We, at SmokeyDog believe the customer should always have options. One thing we noticed from other T-shirt sites and stores at your local mall is the absence of choice. We believe in choice! You ever look at a product at a store or online and say “I wish they had that in a different color” or they have the product available in the color you want but do not have it in your size. Well look no further; we believe everyone should have the option to choose what they like and suits their personality and fashion sense. If you need a shirt to go with your brand new kicks you just bought, and you need a particular color scheme to complete your outfit than you came to the right place. We offer all of our products in multiple color schemes. We have researched which color schemes work well with the public and have applied them to each of our shirts. Now nobody is perfect and in the event that there is a color scheme that you would like that you do not see in our selection, or you like how the font looks from another shirt better than simply contact us and send us a message with your request. You can utilize the contact us link on our site or simply send us an email at sales@smokeydog.com and we will be happy to assist you. If there is a shirt design that you would like and do not see it on our site, than simply contact us. We can design almost every shirt you would like. It’s your world you should be able to wear what you want.
Custom shirt orders
If you have an idea that you do not see in our selection, or you would like to create a few shirts for an upcoming event, we can certainly do that for you. Simply send us a message with your request using the Contact page and we will be happy to send you your creation. Custom shirts start at $20, if there is going to be a bulk order, we will be happy to email you a quote before we get started.
Our product
All of our shirts are pre-shrunk made from premium 100% combed ring spun cotton giving you the softest quality shirt available. All of our shirts are heat pressed by hand, with premium vinyl that will never wear away, tear or fade no matter how many times the shirts are put through the wash. We put extra care and quality towards every shirt order no matter how big or small. We are 100% committed to quality not quantity which is why we do not produce a shirt until we receive the order. Once the shirt prints it is immediately shipped to your address. Depending upon which shipping method you choose you should receive your shirt within 5 business days or less from the date you placed the order. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of date of purchase please contact us at sales@smokeydog.com please be sure to check you’re tracking information prior to sending us an email.
Shipping
We offer you a few methods of shipping, 1st class USPS, Priority Mail and Overnight Mail. We will notify you via email when your package has been shipped. When you order 5 shirts or more, we will ship your package with free shipping via 1st class USPS.
Return policy
All refunds are final 30 days after date of purchase. A full refund less the shipping charges may be made when an unworn, undamaged article of clothing is returned back to us accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days from the purchase date the customer will qualify for an exchange only. The customer will have 30 days to make an exchange on an unworn, undamaged article of clothing for an item of equal or lesser value. Please email sales@smokeydog.com to file for a full refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are given to a product that is over 60 days old.
